We
received
the examination report from the World International Patent Office
(WIPO) for the primary manufacturing Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT),
application.
All
62 claims have been determined to be patentable and with no other
technology identical to LTL's. This will make the manufacturing
Intellectual Property (IP) easy to defend and strengthens IP control
of the new ultra capacitor technology.
There
are a significant number of polymers that the ultra capacitor can be
manufactured from establishing LTL's control through the ownership of
the manufacturing process
